Registered professional learning
Registered professional learning courses are available to support schools in implementing the new Science K‑10 syllabus (incorporating Science and technology K-6). Courses can be completed individually or in collaborative learning groups run across the whole school, a faculty or a Stage. An experienced teacher or supervisor leads a group of teachers through these courses as presenter. Note: DEC intranet only.

Building capacity resources
Resources have also been developed to build teachers' capacity to understand aspects of the Science and Technology K‑6 syllabus which are new or may be challenging. They are intended to be downloaded locally and used for professional learning, complementing familiarisation with the syllabus.
